I know this struggle well, because this was me…
Not only was I hungry all the damn time but I also suffered from reactive hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) - so to avoid that I was told to eat often “to keep my blood sugar level”.
This made it really hard to lose weight…

We tend to do that with weight loss for sure.
How many times have you tried to lose weight…and just like the last time you start cutting calories, trying to exist on salads, and literally try to work your ass off in the gym.
You might do ok for a few days, maybe a few weeks but sometimes we’re just lucky if we make it to noon….
