You Just Need To Eat Less And Exercise More....Right?

You just need to eat less and exercise more….

Though on the surface it seems like that would make sense but if you’ve ever tried that before you probably realize that’s really useless advice.

Yes, you need a calorie deficit to lose weight, but cutting calories (often way too much) and spending hours in the gym isn’t the only way to get that.

In fact it’s not even the best way to do it.

If you’ve tried it that way before you know you just end up, hungry, grumpy, fighting cravings and feeling deprived…not a fun way to live…

Calories do matter…sort of…but not really in the way that we think they do (and we won’t even talk about how fruitless it is to try to accurately “count calories”).

What matters more is the quality of those calories rather than just the quantity.  Its what makes up those calories and the effect they have on your hormones that really matter.  It’s those hormones that decide what happens with those calories you eat.

Getting those hormones back in balance and working they way the are meant to, will help with your hunger levels, reduce cravings, improve energy which can all help you to reach that calorie deficit naturally.

This means that you can actually lose weight without feeling hungry and tired all the time.
