Is Your Diet To Blame?
So often when we can’t stick to a diet we end up blaming ourselves…
“I just wasn’t strong enough…”
“I just need more willpower…”
“I can never stick to anything…”
But is it really fair to blame yourself?
Think of how we usually start a diet or weight loss program…
We usually do it based on the results somebody else had. Maybe a friend tried it. Maybe you read a magazine article about it, or you saw it on social media...
We never really stop to think does this diet work for me? Does it fit with my likes and my dislikes, my lifestyle, does it work for the results that I’m looking for?
Not usually…
We’re just hoping to have those same results that we heard about- and there’s nothing wrong with that...
But its important to understand there is no one-size-fits-all diet that’s going to work for everyone and just because it doesn’t work for you or you have a hard time sticking to it doesn’t mean it’s your fault.
It may not have been the right diet for you.
That is the big reason I recommend learning how to create your own diet - if you would like help doing that - so that you can get off that endless diet train and lose weight for good - go grab my Weight Loss Kickstart Guide here, and I’ll help you get started.
