… get rid of your inner mean girl and ditch the negative self talk
… learn that it's not only ok to make yourself a priority - its a necessity!
I, personally, don’t believe that we are meant to be counting, measuring, tracking everything we eat and then having to go “kill it” in the gym every day. That's just not how our bodies were meant to work! And who has time to do all of that anyway?
